At Bar Buka we exhibit work made by women from our community. This can be paintings, photos, drawings, poems; you name it.
How does this work?
Every two months we will have work from a different artist on our walls. You bring your work to our bar, preferably framed and including a short story about yourself. You can leave business cards and price tags on your work. During these two months we love to see you organize an informal get-together drink with your friends to show them your work at our bar. We will dedicate several social media posts to your work. All artwork will be exhibited at the bar at your own risk (we do have camera/alarm systems)
